It was at this position that I developed my skills. I found that I was very interested in the knowledge and skills required for the position and decided that I wanted to optimize my potential in this area. A manager in another area also recognized the skills and determination I had and hired me to work in the design area. He also encouraged me to take courses that would further my knowledge in this field. If it hadn't been for my managers insight, and support from various staff members of VInCom, I may have never obtained this goal.
